There are no minimum order requirements for wholesale contractors.
Contracts may purchase materials online at www.clarkscuttingedge.com/shop , in person at 16715 S. US HWY 231, Remington, IN 47977 or by phone at (219) 261-2861.
Contractors must submit a request to access online wholesale pricing through our website. Please allow 1-3 business days for approval.
Wholesale customers must have an up-to-date ST-105 on file to be tax exempt. You can download and complete an ST-105 here:
Payment is due at the time of purchase/delivery for the first six (6) months. If a wholesale customer has good financial standing during these six (6) months and a minimum of five (5) purchases totaling $5,000, they may apply for net 30 terms.
Net 30 terms will require having an ST-105 on file and completing a credit application with three credit references. Clark’s Cutting Edge reserves the right to approve or deny wholesale contractors seeking net 30 terms for any reason.
Clark’s Cutting Edge will not bill another Contractor’s customer. Wholesale Contractors are solely responsible for their invoices.
Special order materials require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering.
Materials ordered but not paid for in full will only be held for 10 business days. After 10 business days, items will be returned to stock.
Purchases over $2,500 must be paid for in cash or by check.
Checks returned due to insufficient funds could be considered fraud and subject the check writer to prosecution and fines. However, we understand that usually there is no criminal intent, and, in these circumstances, we will only charge the customer a reimbursement for bank fees and other incurred costs.
In the event Clark’s Cutting Edge puts products or goods on sale at a discounted rate, said products and goods are not eligible for a wholesale contractor discount.
The amount of discount for wholesale contractors varies by product. As a general reference, Wholesale Contractors receive 10-30% off retail pricing. Discounts are subject to change at the discretion of Clark’s Cutting Edge. Discounted prices are reflected online for Wholesale Contractors that have login access. Contractors may contact our office staff at (219) 261-2861 or by email at office@clarkscuttingedge.com to inquire about pricing not listed on our website.
Clark’s Cutting Edge does not ship items. All materials must be picked up in person or can be delivered locally pursuant to our delivery fees.
Delivery fees are not eligible for wholesale contractor discounts.
Clark’s Cutting Edge does not offer refunds or warranties on contractor purchases.
